Our pricing includes:

  • Venue rental for 5 hours for ceremony and reception
  • One hour before ceremony for wedding photography/cabin time to slip on dress
  • Parking Lot Attendants and Shuttle to wedding site
  • Fully catered Dinner from your choice of several caterers
  • Full Staff for the entire evening including all set up and take down
  • Fully staffed/fully stocked bar (alcohol sold separately by way of three hosting options)
  • Rentals of standard white wedding chairs, all tables and linens in a variety of colors (upgrades such as overlays, linen napkins, available at additional cost)
  • Heavy clear plastic plates and utensils, heavy paper napkins (china/silverware available at additional cost)
  • Administrative cost of planning your wedding
  • 2 wedding planning meetings (one at execution of contract/second one 60 days out from wedding for final plans this is in addition to initial meeting to view the venue)
  • Preparation of the property for the wedding
  • Taxes Gratuities

Not included:

  • DJ, Florist, Photographer or Cake-Dessert vendor
  • Bar Tab- You can offer a fully hosted, partially hosted or no host bar
  • Rehearsal – you may choose to have a one-hour private rehearsal with our on-site coordinator either on the Friday or Thursday before your wedding. Cost is $150 and she will coordinate your entire ceremony. The other option is to practice on your own at no charge during your decorating time (10:00am on the day of your wedding)

  • 1/3 of the estimated event total is required to reserve your date
  • The balance is payable in monthly installments, with the final payment due 30 days prior to the event. We have a 60-guest minimum, and pricing varies depending on the catering, rentals and amenities chosen. Tax, gratuities and service charges are all included; alcohol is additional
