Our pricing includes:

  • Venue rental for five hours for ceremony and reception
  • One hour before ceremony for wedding photography
  • Parking lot attendants and shuttle to wedding site
  • Day-of-wedding coordinator
  • Fully catered dinner from your choice of several caterers
  • Full staff for the entire evening including wedding/reception set up and take down
  • Rentals of white wedding chairs, tables and linens (upgrades available at additional cost)
  • Dinner, appetizers and cake served on clear plastic plates, unless china service is added/included
  • Administrative cost of planning your wedding, including planning meeting with coordinator
  • Preparation of the property for the wedding
  • Taxes and gratuities for serving staff

Not included:

  • DJ, Florist, Photographer or Cake-Dessert vendor
  • Bar service, set-up and break down is provided of by our bar vendor. You do not have to have a bar at your wedding, but no outside alcohol is allowed. Bar gratuity will be added on bar tabs.

Pricing and Deposits:

  • 20% of the estimated event total is required to reserve your date
  • The balance is payable in monthly installments, with the final payment due 30 days prior to the event. We have a 60-guest minimum, and pricing varies depending on the catering, rentals and amenities chosen. Tax, gratuities and service charges are all included; alcohol is additional
